Apalachee High School Graduation Guidelines

In the best interest of graduates, staff, guests, and neighbors, please review the guidelines below concerning the Class of 2025 graduation ceremony at 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 22 at the AHS football stadium. Let's work together to make it a safe and memorable night.

Parking details:
  • Parking at the school will open at 5:30 p.m.
  • Graduates should arrive by 7 p.m. and park on the practice field.
  • Please limit vehicles to two per graduate's family (not including the graduate's car).
  • Consider parking at Restoration Church, 1250 Tom Miller Road, where air-conditioned school buses will shuttle you to and from the school. The shuttle will run from 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. before the ceremony and then after the ceremony ends.
  • Do not park along Haymon-Morris Road or in the subdivisions across from the school.
  • This creates a safety hazard. Barrow County Sheriff's Office says vehicles will be towed.
  • Nearly 100 spaces are reserved for accessible parking in the lot closest to the stadium.
